2011 Stars of the West Championship Rules:

The first place in each of the four in-hand classes is eligible to enter the finals at RMSJ in September. Ponies must be measured and must be 14.2 hands or under. Passport and registration are not necessary to participate, nor must the pony be a registered sportpony. However, in order to be eligible for the added cash bonus the pony must be registered with the NorthAmerican Sportpony Registry.

Stallions may be handled by children at the qualifying show’s discretion.

If the first place pony has already qualified at a previous show in 2011 then the second place pony becomes the qualifier. Once qualified a pony may still show at any of the qualifying shows.

2. Two year old colt, filly or gelding
3. Three & over mare
4. Three & over gelding
5. Three & over stallion
